Positive: Convenient location, fresh 'coastal' decor. Negative: Bad choice for winter - too cold! Building has a few external maintenance issues.

Sweet cottage, near to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle Positive: This is a cute 1950's bach style renovated cottage with large windows and ocean views from the deck. A short walk into town and the beach. Negative: If the property had a sign on the front of the deck, it would have been a little easier to locate

Positive: Good location off the main road All basics included - tv, couch, kitchenette, utensils, bowls, fridge etc Negative: Whilst it appeared aesthetically pleasing in the listing, low quality renovation, furnishings and furniture were used. Bed and couch/tv setup were uncomfortable.

The house served us well. We had fantastic weather and enjoyed walks in the Otways. Positive: The house was well furnished, clean and well equipped. Negative: Although we were able to connect to the internet, the service didn't seem to be able to provide any service! The sliding front door was a little stiff.
