Negative: 1.. We Did not receive the email instructions regarding the location of lock box nor free Wi-Fi before arrival in Geelong at the building. This needs to be communicated before travel since airport access might not be available or may be problematic. This caused considerable confusion until several days later and local phone access was established for international usage. This is critical information since there is no staff at this building! This is no longer operating as a hotel. 2. The second problem was encountered when the door lock ceased operation because the battery died midweek and only became functional after a fellow owner brought us replacement batteries and inserted them. There was no problem with the key fob itself, only the batteries were dead, the lock was red. The emergency key would not have helped in this situation.
